Application Consultant:
An IT experts who are responsible for advising their clients on how to use software at its full potential.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in Enterprise Resource Planning
- At least 2 years of working experience in ERP implementation
- Other finance/accounting qualifications will be a great advantage
- Willing to travel outstation or abroad depending on project requirements
- Required language(s): English (written and spoken)
- Able to advise on business workflow/automation
- Good communication skill
- Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Involved in full cycle ERP project implementation working independently or in teams
- Liaise with client to gather requirements, advise best practices and offer implementation options
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for customizing ERP solutions
- Plan and execute functional tests to ensure accuracy and quality of system design
- Conduct training for client users and facilitate user testing
- Document business processes and training materials
- Provide ERP support to clients
Software Engineers
A software engineer is a person who applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of computer software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT industry
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, test, debug and provide ongoing support for system software that meets technical and customer requirements
- Continuously accept and incorporate customer and end user feedback to further improve our products
- Conduct and participate in code and design reviews

Helpdesk Support
A help desk is a resource intended to provide the customer or end user with information and support related to a company’s or institution’s products and services
Responsibilities
- respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- research questions using available information resources
- advise user on appropriate action
- follow standard help desk procedures
- log all help desk interactions
- administer help desk software
- follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- redirect problems to correct resource
- identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- prepare activity reports
- inform management of recurring problems
- stay current with system information, changes and updates
- help update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment

Software Engineer WebApp – Full Stack
A software engineer is a person who applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of computer/mobile software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- At least 2 years of working experience in Web Application Development, and Microservices. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Passion to designing/ developing software which not only digitalizes current processes but also to improve the User Experience.
- Experience in using the Angular, JavaScipt, Restful API, HTML5, Java, SQL
Plus Points:
- Knowledge in the business flow process. Eg: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, etc.
- UI/UX designing
