Application Consultant:

An IT experts who are responsible for advising their clients on how to use software at its full potential.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in Enterprise Resource Planning
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in ERP implementation
  3. Other finance/accounting qualifications will be a great advantage
  4. Willing to travel outstation or abroad depending on project requirements
  5. Required language(s): English (written and spoken)
  6. Able to advise on business workflow/automation
  7. Good communication skill
  8. Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Involved in full cycle ERP project implementation working independently or in teams
  2. Liaise with client to gather requirements, advise best practices and offer implementation options
  3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for customizing ERP solutions
  4. Plan and execute functional tests to ensure accuracy and quality of system design
  5. Conduct training for client users and facilitate user testing
  6. Document business processes and training materials
  7. Provide ERP support to clients

Software Engineers

A software engineer is a person who applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of computer software.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in IT industry

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, test, debug and provide ongoing support for system software that meets technical and customer requirements
  2. Continuously accept and incorporate customer and end user feedback to further improve our products
  3. Conduct and participate in code and design reviews
  4. Passionately and respectfully champion new ideas and features, big or small
  5. Document designs with ample comments, reports, descriptions, issue tracking and resolution
  6. Develop reusable software and system components, and integrate these into existing and new designs
  7. Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
  8. Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques
  9. Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
  10. Serve as a mentor to less experienced software engineers

Helpdesk Support

A help desk is a resource intended to provide the customer or end user with information and support related to a company’s or institution’s products and services

Responsibilities

  1. respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
  2. diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  3. research questions using available information resources
  4. advise user on appropriate action
  5. follow standard help desk procedures
  6. log all help desk interactions
  7. administer help desk software
  8. follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
  9. redirect problems to correct resource
  10. identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  11. track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  12. prepare activity reports
  13. inform management of recurring problems
  14. stay current with system information, changes and updates
  15. help update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  3. knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  4. knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  5. related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support

Software Engineer WebApp – Full Stack

A software engineer is a person who applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of computer/mobile software.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in Web Application Development, and Microservices. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Passion to designing/ developing software which not only digitalizes current processes but also to improve the User Experience.
  4. Experience in using the Angular, JavaScipt, Restful API, HTML5, Java, SQL

 

Plus Points:

  1. Knowledge in the business flow process. Eg: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, etc.
  2. UI/UX designing
